General Notarizations:
Our per signature fees are set by the secretary of state, we charge an additional nominal fee for traveling services
$30-40 (includes travel fee and one signature)*
$10 for each additional signature notarized

Over 20 miles: Please call for an instant quote.
*Wait time - $15 each additional 15 minutes
After Hours (before 8am or after 8pm) or Last Minute Appointments: Additional $25 fee.
Holiday Loan Signings (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day) - Minimum $200.
A service fee (equal to 1/2 the quoted fee) is still due and payable if notarization/signing does not take place when notary arrives, or if cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled appointment.
All Persons Must:
* Show proper current (or if expired - issued within past 5 years) identification (see below)
* Sign all documents in person
* Be 100% capable of understanding terms of notarization
