$75 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within
1 hour of time set
$125 fee for client's refusal to sign, contingent on the
below policy
If questions arise during the signing, our notary will attempt to contact
the designated "Contact During Signing" person listed in that section on our
form. If contact with that person cannot be made it will be considered a
Refusal to Sign.
The notary will contact Notaries To You to clear the "Refusal to Sign"
before leaving the area.
$75 "no show" fee will be charged after our notary does the following:
Notary arrives to find that the client is not present and immediately
contacts Notaries To You to begin a 30 minute wait period. During the 30
minute wait period, the notary will attempt to contact the client. If the
client cannot be contacted, the notary will then call the "Contact During
Signing" number.
The notary will contact Notaries To You after 30 minutes to get a "no show"
approval.

follow-up visit - $75
